Corporate business structure

Re-structured in the third quarter of 2003 to come under the
Wyith Strategic Holdings Limited umbrella, the company is divided
into the international arm, Wyith Group,
and the e-business arm, Wyith Limited. The two arms, together,
take care of the company's core technical consultancy business,
e-business operations, the regional operations,
the OEM division (also known as OEM.name),
as well as 3 sub-divisions, namely,
DomainAvenue.com,
SyndicatedNews.com,
and TCMBasics.com.

Business sub-divisions

The company has diversified itself into a multi-disciplinary
business through various mergers and acquisitions and is currently
maintaining three business sub-divisions.
1. Web and domain name operations

Wyith Limited d/b/a DomainAvenue.com
is the technology and Web services sub-division of the company.
It offers a wide range of Web and domain name services and has
serviced over 43,000 domain names for B2C customers from over 110 countries
since 1996. The division also serves as the e-commerce platform for
the various other B2C businesses operated by the group.
In addition to the B2C market, Wyith also has a focus in the
B2B market and offers domain portfolio and brand management,
managed DNS services, domain policy research, domain name monitoring,
registrant investigation services, etc.
The company is an accredited registrar for a number
of European country-level (ccTLD) registries, including
Austria,
Denmark,
France,
Italy,
United Kingdom
and is official registrar, ICANN-accredited gTLD registrar channel partner,
or reseller to a number of other Asian ccTLD registries, including
Australia,
Philippines,
Hong Kong,
Taiwan,
China,
Russia,
India,
Vietnam, etc.

2. Information management and related services

Established in 2003, SyndicatedNews.com is the company's information
management sub-division aiming to gain online exposure for the
company's products and services through the use of online information
search algorithms. It also provides syndication of real-time news
and banner advertisement management and other infomation database
management and programming services.
3. OEM product research

The company's OEM division offers product research
for customers in over 10 different fields, including chemicals, cotton,
nylon and teflon, protein, and various sunscreen and waterproof
products. The division also operates TCMBasics.com, an award-winning traditional
chinese medical information portal, also
known as AHPR. The sub-division also offers
e-retailing to trading firms, B2C end-users and provides
B2B export services to bulk importers.
