Australian Internet domain expert joins Wyith

Hongkong - July 19, 2000 - Wyith Incorporated, a top e-business solutions provider in Asia, today announces the joining of Mr. Clive Flory to its Board of Directors. Mr. Flory will be acting as an advisor to Wyith and as well acting as a Non-executive Director.

Clive is the General Manager at Melbourne IT Limited (ASX:MLB), a wholly owned spin-off company of The University of Melbourne.

Clive joined Melbourne IT in 1997 with the brief to take charge of the com.au Internet name registration bureau (Internet Names Australia) and build a world-class international business in Internet domain names and related services. INA changed its name recently to Internet Names WorldWide. This is also to reflect its global presence and the accreditation by the US-based Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) for Internet Names WorldWide to officially become an appointed registrar to administer .com, .net and .org domain names.

Mr. Clive Flory, General Manager, Internet Names Worldwide, Melbourne Information Technologies Ltd (ASX:MLB) Clive recently joined Wyith Incorporated as both an advisor and a Non-executive Director.

In recognition of his role in Internet name registration in Australia, Clive was invited by the Australian Government to be one of Australia's representatives at a series of international forums which debate the future structure and function of the Internet domain name system.

Before joining Melbourne IT, Clive was a highly sought after IT consultant, specialising in aligning information technology processes and infrastructure with business goals. Prior to consulting, Clive spent more than 15 years as a successful developer, publisher and marketer of software products, exporting these products around the world. He is a founding member of the Australian Software Publishers Association and a member of the Internet Society of Australia.
