Hackensack, New Jersey - November 2, 2000 - Wyith Incorporated announces acquisition of serviceproviders.net and a partnership to expand web hosting operations.

Underlining its bid to become the region's leading Internet services and solutions provider, Wyith Incorporated today took a dominant position in New Jersey's hotly contested web hosting market with the acquisition of serviceproviders.net.

Founded in 1998, serviceproviders.net is a dedicated web hosting company that boasts an industry-leading portfolio of more than 2,000 customers. Combined with Wyith's existing web hosting clients, the new unit will become a major part of the Internet company's overall business stream.
