Wyith announces merging of wyith.org, serviceproviders.net and domainavenue.com

Hongkong - Nov 3, 2001 - Wyith is pleased to announce that it has completed the merger and restructuring of its Web hosting arm Wyith.org with DomainAvenue.com and ServiceProviders.NET. These were the two New York-based domain registration and Web hosting companies it acquired only last year. Wyith will henceforth conduct Web hosting and domain registration under the name DomainAvenue.com, in conjunction with other Wyith operations.

DomainAvenue.com will continue to stand as an international provider of these services and will continue to target SOHOS, and small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). In the European market, DomainAvenue.com will soon be relaunched with its localised sister sites Domeinlaan.com in Dutch, CalledeDominio.com in Spanish, DomainAllee.com in German and RueDomaine.com in French.

"We are excited to relaunch the DomainAvenue.com brand in the US and European markets," said Dr Raymond Cheng, Managing Director of Wyith Incorporated. "The complementary nature of our unique business model keeps our business growing. We are adding new registrations and "switch over" customers at the rate of about 300 a month." Dr Cheng further explained, "Our same-class, complementary products have brought Wyith safely through the dotcom downfall." Dr Cheng added, "We launched TheMultilinguals.com in the first quarter of this year, CountryLevelDomains.com in the 2nd quarter, and Banana Online for the Greater China market in the 3rd quarter - they have had a tremendous stabilising effect on our profits. We launched them successively this year in anticipation of the shift in market demand. The rapid rise in demand for one has compensated for any shortfall seen in the other. But the demand could just as rapidly reverse. We have an each way bet!"

The new DomainAvenue.com will have a solid base of customers of approximately 40,000 worldwide.

DomainAvenue.com's services include shared Web hosting, dedicated and managed, and colocated, hosting services. It also offers a variety of Internet connectivity options, all running on Wyith's international backbone and infrastructure.
